The hotel was absolutely amazing, as expected. The staff was pleasant, amicable all the time. The room was warm and silent, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom. The venue had a central position close to the metro station. Old Town district was worth visiting.

The hotel had a perfect location in Casco Viejo, with easy access to the metro and the city's attractions. the staff was lovely and helpful. the room was new, clean, and well-designed, with a small balcony overlooking the walking street. the wifi, air conditioning, and shower pressure were all excellent. It was spacious enough for our family with two small kids.
Felt like they were family, no complaints.

Walked from the bus stop, checked in early and got helpful tips from a friendly receptionist. Room was quiet with comfy bed and working AC in winter. Big bathroom with hot water. No breakfast but plenty of food options nearby. Loved the location!
Oh, boy, the breakfast was a healthy eater's nightmare. No variety, just an apple.
